Used Range Rover with Chris Hardin Went on Tuesday to view a pre owned Range Rover on the lot and was immediately greeted by Chris Hardin. Within a few minutes we were test driving and Went on Tuesday to view a pre owned Range Rover on the lot and was immediately greeted by Chris Hardin. Within a few minutes we were test driving and Chris told me more about the vehicle and brand and the 5-10 minute test drive then all the other 10+ dealers I have spoke to COMBINED! He answered all my questions and never once tried to push anything onto me that I didn't ask for. I made my offer and he promptly called me the next morning with a very fair deal. We talked a couple of times that morning to seal the deal and I went in after work THAT day and he had everything ready to go. He explained all the service and warranties but never once pushed anything extra on me. I highly recommend this dealership and Chris Hardin! More

Customer Focused! I reached out to Diana about purchasing a new 2019 Range Rover Sport and told her exactly what I was looking for. They didn't have anything on the lo I reached out to Diana about purchasing a new 2019 Range Rover Sport and told her exactly what I was looking for. They didn't have anything on the lot that matched my request but that wasn't an issue at all for Diana. I was also looking to trade my 2015 Autobiography as part of this purchase. Needless to say, Diana took notes and told me she would get back with me as quickly as possible. By the end of the day I got that phone call I was looking for, she had found the exact one I wanted but it was in New Jersey. I gave her the green light to make it happen and she went to work on it. Shortly thereafter, she again called and told me that it had already been sold. But, she didn't stop there. She called me back a couple hours later and said she found an even better one that was located in Kansas, so I gave her the green light again to do what needed to be done and secure it before it's no longer available. She handled all of this for me over the phone while I was out of town working, overnighted the papers, had the vehicle delivered, maintained constant communication, and dealt with the trade-in. A few days later I was able to surprise my wife with her brand new firenze red Range Rover Sport HST, and I never had to step foot on the lot. She has also been very helpful with a few other things since our purchase. Thank you Diana and team Astorg. More
