Gary Bus I have owned 3 Land Rover vehicles - 2 purchased here and all 3 serviced here. Over 18+ years. Generally I have been pleased or very pleased. Gary Buss is at the core of delivering great customer service and often has to deliver bad news on costs or tech shortages that delay repairs. I will say that since early 2018 the overall service has improved from good to very good after management changes were made. The dealer appears to be better staffed too with repair techs.I also appreciate Moaro's help with loaner cars and his customer service. He and Gary are a great team. More

Ultimately chose Hendrick AutoGuard Platinum, which extended the warranty for 60,000 miles. Very professional and efficient. More

Cross Country Purchase of 2016 Land Rover LR4 Our experience at Astorg was second to none. I reached out to them regarding a posting on Car Guru's. My wife was looking for a very specific car an Our experience at Astorg was second to none. I reached out to them regarding a posting on Car Guru's. My wife was looking for a very specific car and they happened to have the exact one. Gerry Flynn called my back and we discussed the vehicle. He informed me that they were a "one price" dealership and that they didn't negotiate on price. While I am not a fan of this we did end up purchasing the vehicle. The transaction went smooth and the vehicle was in similar condition as described in the ad when we finally arrived from 2,300 miles away. The vehicle was a certified vehicle and still under factory warranty. The only issue we had with this dealer is that they didn't seem to inspect everything that was stated on the Certified Inspection. For example, the cooling fan for the cooler in the center console made a horrible screeching noise. This was fixed by the Land Rover dealer here in Portland under warranty. Second, and most concerning, was the fact the cruise control (adaptive) was not working! This made the 2,300 mile drive somewhat miserable. The Certified Report said this was inspected but I'm not sure how thats possible. The dealership did offer to pay for one night of hotel stay on our drive home which we appreciated. Once we got back to Portland and took it to the LR dealer, it turned out that the dealership had mounted the license plate holder on the wrong bumper directly in front of the Adaptive Cruise Radar Sensor. I went back to the Astorg and after a little pushback they agreed to replace the front bumper since it had 5 holes in it from the license plate mount. Through all of this, Gerry Flynn was outstanding. He always took my call or responded to text messages. I understand that things don't always go perfect but it's the dealer and the sales rep who stand by their product that makes you write a good review. I would highly recommend Gerry and this dealership. More
