Karl Scott negotiated fairly with me not only on the trade in of my vehicle but also with the sales price of my new Land Rover. I was not in the dealership for hours trying to negotiate a deal nor was I passed between one manager to another. I went home on the Internet and offered 15 out the door. Matt the same guy I worked with when I was there text me the next day and said bring it in we can do the deal. In other words they’re making money on the 15. That’s a huge difference he was trying to royalty screw me. You people writing good reviews must not know much about Car buying. I bet they made a bundle of y’all. But I have the piece of paper showing what they were offering and the text from Matt taking the 15.
