The service center has always been accommodating to my vehicles service needs. They know who I am when I come in and are always friendly. I was there for an airbag recall, which was free. I must say that I was treated like their best customer. Gentleman in the sales area walked me inside to the service area. Once there, the 2 women I must say that I was treated like their best customer. Gentleman in the sales area walked me inside to the service area. Once there, the 2 women on duty were cheerful and welcoming. Car was finished long before the expected time. Seriously makes me think about buying my next vehicle here. Thanks Lancaster Dodge! More
