Went to Lancaster County Motors Subaru for an inspection, but instead I was treated like an assumed fool. The only thing they could find wrong was my wiper blades, however they still called me with over $10 but instead I was treated like an assumed fool. The only thing they could find wrong was my wiper blades, however they still called me with over $1000 of work that needed to be done to pass inspection, this included 4 new tires that were not needed at all. I will never again return to this dealership or any other LCM dealership. I have gone to LCM Hyundai for a few years now and I have NEVER been treated the way Subaru treated me today. I have ZERO complaints about LCM Hyundai- they have always been amazing. the only down side I see to them at this point is association to the LCM Subaru. More
Had a very nice experience today. Had an oil change and multi inspection and the tires checked for correct air pressure. Recommend to change air filter. Warranty repair on my radio was painless. Took a week to get it done, but had the loaner while waiting. I did receive an email though and responded within the hour. Radio now working normally. First time at the dealership, and was pleased with the whole experience. More

Staff all are really friendly and very helpful around scheduling or with a problem. Plus, the range of services provided, from the work needed on the car to the waiting area to things like getting a loan scheduling or with a problem.
