I am sure there a lot of great sales consultants that work for your dealership, however the gentleman I had the misfortune of sitting with on Saturday afternoon is not one of them. From the moment I wal work for your dealership, however the gentleman I had the misfortune of sitting with on Saturday afternoon is not one of them. From the moment I walked to Cameron’s desk and told him my budget and what I was looking for I felt nothing but judgment and an air of superiority. I had let him know I was looking for something that was 4-wheel drive with low mileage to which his response was "Well no one comes in looking for high mileage" in a huff. Okay, great. He then proceeded to go into a 5-minute rant-lecture about the state of the world, the chip shortage, and used car prices which I was already well aware of. Then he started saying "There are 15 sales consultants here that need to eat and feed their families, etc.." which was him basically telling me I was wasting his and everybody’s time by looking for a used vehicle, which was incredibly offensive. He then went on to criticize the type of vehicle I was looking into by very rudely slamming a chart in front of us and saying my choice in vehicle was at the bottom of some chart (I had checked out by this point). All the while he kept repeating "I'm not saying I don't want to sell you a car", which I do not believe as he did not show us any vehicles online, or on the lot, or even inquire to see if there was anything else I may be interested in. When I had entered the lot, I had been looking at a new vehicle, but this guy wasn't even interested enough in my business to find that out. It is very unfortunate because I ended up purchasing a vehicle that day at another dealership. I had only sat with Cameron for 5-10 minutes, but it will definitely go down as one of the worst dealership experiences I have ever had. More

We had a family emergency right after dropping off the wife’s car. Subaru took care of the vehicle and kept us updated on need repairs and work done. One less stress to worry about. I contacted this dealership about a used Suburu Ascent. I have a SEVERE allergy to cigarette smoke, so we asked them if it was a smokers car when we asked our other questions. The girl said she would che I have a SEVERE allergy to cigarette smoke, so we asked them if it was a smokers car when we asked our other questions. The girl said she would check and get back to us. She called back and said they went out and checked and it definitely is not a smokers car. We called back 3 or 4 times with more questions and each time we said, "I will be coming from over an hour away, are you sure it isn't a smokers car." She said it was not a smokers car each time, and even said it definitely wasn't a smoker car, they wouldn't have certified it if it is. We drove over an hour to look at the car. When I arrived, the sales guy said he would bring it around to the front, I watched as he parked and immediately opened every window, door, and the back up. As I walked to the car, the smell of cigarettes could be smelled 6 feet away! They straight out lied! I wasted an entire Saturday! I must have asked 10 times if it was a smokers car!! More

While there witnessed a person who was in getting his vehicle serviced go unhinged for no good reason making crazy claims and screaming at other customers and the staff in incoherent incomplete sentences. Couldn't avoid hearing him claim a part under dash was missing after servicing but he ignored the answer that there is no part where he thinks one belongs - It was an open space under the dash as explained by service personnel. The staff handled him politely even in the face of absurd behavior. I hope he is never aloud back in the dealership. More
I went to lancaster subaru for 4 recalls had nothing but problems with this place when i got my car back there were brokein parts of dash on floor then i noticed a peice under steering wheel was missing so problems with this place when i got my car back there were brokein parts of dash on floor then i noticed a peice under steering wheel was missing so i talked to service manager and he got very rude claming there was never any peice there well i know my car and there is some cover missing please stay away from these crooked place when you find something wrong they want to fight with you DO NOT SHOP HERE unless you want problems now my car just shuts off when you hit the breaks now what do i do soooo please shop somewhere else More

UNHAPPY CUSTOMER with Lancaster County KIA Service Center Purchased 2003 Mach 1 Mustang (salesman was wonderful) got the vehicle home engine light came on. Took the vehicle back down (45minutes) in both dire Purchased 2003 Mach 1 Mustang (salesman was wonderful) got the vehicle home engine light came on. Took the vehicle back down (45minutes) in both directions to have it fixed told them didn't matter how long they had it just fix it. Was told that the problem was fixed and also the tranny leakage was just minimal and wasn't covered under the 30 day warranty and it was nothing to worry about. Picked the vehicle up got it home drove it about 25 miles the next day and it threw the same code. So I put the car on the lift the tranny was just not a minimal leak the bolt was loose and the plastic piece was bent so it would have continued to leak. So long story short I fixed that with a new O ring and replaced the plastic piece. Replaced to O2 sensors and had a mechanic clear the code and the light has not come back on So LONG STORY short if you want a vehicle you purchased there to be fixed do it yourself!!! I asked for the $90.00 reimbursement of the sensors and was told no that I should have brought it back but I guess the 90 was to much to ask for a vehicle that they made 7500 dollars on. Also was told the vehicle was serviced and inspected well if it was really looked over they would have seen the tranny and also the back shock needs replaced and the headlights on the vehicle are illegal in PA but they put a sticker on it anyway!!!!! Also with further looking over this vehicle the last two days my wiring to my intake was not properly secured and it was touching my motor and was melted thru so the 2 days the dealer had it they some how missed that when they were looking at the intake. So now I have to replace the wires that are melted through also. RIDICULOUS! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER More
