BAIT AND SWITCH PRACTICES! VANS ADVERTISED WERE SOLD. THE ONE LEFT WE HAD A DEAL BUT THEY DRAGGED IT ON FOR 3 DAYS CUZ THEY WANTED THE FINANCING TO MAKE MORE MONEY...THEN VANS ADVERTISED WERE SOLD. THE ONE LEFT WE HAD A DEAL BUT THEY DRAGGED IT ON FOR 3 DAYS CUZ THEY WANTED THE FINANCING TO MAKE MORE MONEY...THEN WHEN WE SHOWED UP TO SIGN PAPERS AND TAKE THE VEHICLE, WE WERE TOLD BY THE USED CAR MANAGER THAT WE HAD TO BUY EXTENDED WARRANTY SO THEY COULD MAKE MORE MONEY...HE SAID HE COULDN'T SELL IT FOR THE AMOUNT WE AGREED ON. SO IN THE LAST INNING, AFTER DRIVING A DISTANCE BACK AND FORTH, THEY WOULD NOT HONOR THEIR AGREEMENT. SO WE WALKED. THEY HAVE A BAD REPUTATION AMONST OTHER AUTO DEALERSHIP COMPANIES...THE OWNER NEVER HAD THE COURTESY TO RESPOND TO OUR EMAIL (WE WERE STILL WILLING TO BUY THE VAN AT THE PRICE WE ALL AGREED TO (AFTER 9 HOURS). INSTEAD, WE GOT A BETTER VAN AT A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP IN COVINGTON, WITH LESS MILES, FOR A BETTER PRICE! GOOD KARMA FOLLOWED US AFTER THAT TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I brought my 2019 Ram 1500 5. 7 L into the Dealership on 9/30/2024 due to a ticking noise that sounded like the infamous cracked exhaust manifold which is very common with ram truc 7 L into the Dealership on 9/30/2024 due to a ticking noise that sounded like the infamous cracked exhaust manifold which is very common with ram trucks. Luckily I was still under my manufacturers warranty or so I thought. After the Service Advisor Chris looked at the truck he confirmed it was one of several possible issues and that it would need to be further investigated. With the earliest time for an appointment being 10/14/2024. The dealership was unable to repair or order my part until 3/17/2024. It took the Dealer 5 months and 4 days to order a part for my repair. This repair is a COMMON issue on these trucks. The service advisors did not provide any update to my work and ignored messages left on voicemail. The only way to talk to them was to show up to the dealership once every few weeks for an update. After repairing my truck due to my service advisor CHRIS Poor paperwork skills. The dealership did not honor the manufactures warranty because it had expired on 10/13 and my truck was not Diagnosed until 10/14. Even though I was told for 5 Months and 4 days that this work would be cover under the original warranty. I strongly advise anyone with warranty work to go to another dealership. The advisor and management simply do not care about providing a good customer experience. No attempt was made to honor the manufacturer warranty even though it was the dealerships fault for not recording the correct documentation. More
Called to try and get my car (van) some service, the person that I spoke to was (Paul) then I explained, I wanted to bring my van in to get work done, he told me that I needed to leave the van. This was my only vehicle I had and he was told I would have to wait. He wouldn’t accept that. I told him that I had no way to get home or get back to pick it up. He didn’t want to work with his customers on trying to find a way to service my van. very poor service from this place, More
