I bought a brand new car from them recently. It had 450 miles on it because they drove it from a different state, which was weird. I didn’t even put 50 miles on it and it started shuddering and It had 450 miles on it because they drove it from a different state, which was weird. I didn’t even put 50 miles on it and it started shuddering and shaking when I am pressing the gas lightly and started having transmission issues. I took it to the dealership the same day and originally they said it wasn’t a big issue, and to come back the next day. Then the next day they said to bring it back after the weekend, so originally they wanted me to keep driving it for 3 days before doing anything. I had to talk to the manager for them to take it that day and give me a rental. The car has been there for 2 weeks and they said they couldn’t figure out what’s wrong with it. More

My car was serviced 9/25 and the light is back on. After I paid over $300 to get my car serviced much over the estimate that was previously quoted. Then when you call the Supervisor nor the service advisor is available to speak with you all you can do it leave a voicemail. I’m very disappointed and annoyed. They have a whole new team back there and it looks like the quality of service has changed as well not for the good! I have leased 3 cars and purchased 1 from this dealership. I never had this issue before now! I am going to start looking for a new place to take my vehicle! More
