The finance guy was very professional and respectful and apologized for the time it took to complete the paperwork. My scores for those guys would be 5s across the board. My problem is with the person(s) unknown who were responsible for detailing the car for delivery. I found several clear plastic protective sheets that had not been removed from the interior walls under the dash. Plus I would think that they would have removed the clear plastic bag from the trunk liner and maybe even installed the floor mats. Probaly the most irksome thing was the two stickers left on the inside of the windshield. How could they miss those? One was bright yellow and had to be in the driver's line of sight when he drove the car out of the shop. Ryan tried to remove them and the glue residue but as I found out later he really just smeared the glue residue around the glass. I had to take a razor blade and WD-40 to remove the glue. The two front windows were also streaked with some kind of film. I'm still trying to get the winshield clean. The quality control for that dept. is lacking and I hope it is not representative of the work performed by the mechanics who will be servicing my car. More

When we got there, we were able to easily purchase the car at the Internet price and there was only a $197 dealer fee, which was disclosed to us before we left Kansas. The finance department was very easy and helpful to work with. We arrived at the dealership at 6:40 pm and were out of there by 8:15 pm. We looked at many used cars on the internet and became skeptical of many the dealerships and their sales tactics. Bob Moore treated us very fairly and we would recommend them. More

As far as the financial portion of the sale(s), I must say here again Adam Black is a true professional. He made sure that I fully understood what I was getting for the amount financed and most importantly he made sure that there were no hidden agenda items that I've suffered at the hands of other car dealers. Yes, I would recommend your dealership and these two outstanding representatives to anyone who would be interested in purchasing a Kia. Thanks millions an experience that I'll not soon forget. More
After visiting many dealerships and being treated less than respectfully due to my credit, I was extremely excited to be dealt with honestly and properly by this amazing dealership. Other dealers made me spend 5-6 hours at their place, they gave me run arounds and tried to get me to buy vehicles I didn't want. I even had a dealership outright lie to me about what rate they'd get me and that they could get me a vehicle. Bob Moore was truly outstanding! They had the exact vehicle I wanted. I knew what I wanted to pay for it and within 2 hours from showing up, I was driving off in my new Kia Soul. Not only was it more options for less price, I also got a much better interest rate due to the amazing work of Eric Poston. One of the nicest and most genuine people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with! I can't praise this dealership enough. I've already told all my friends and family about it and am very forceful in my belief that even if you aren't sure, give them a shot. Just amazing people all around! More
Everything was great! The only thing that I was a little disappointed with was that we weren't given a full tank of gas in our vehicle. I went to Bob Moore Kia to look at a pre-owned Kia Sorento. It was fine but already had over 20,000 miles. Mike Osburn was very helpful and informative about the Sorento. We discussed the advantages of the Kia vs Honda, Chevy or Toyota. I was convinced that I had to have a V6 engine but Mike persuaded me to drive the new 4 cylinder. Wow! There was more than enough power to drive on I35 but I am getting excellent gas mileage. I went with a strct budget in mind and Mike was able to get the 2012 Kia Sorento for the price I thought I would pay for a pre-owned. How can you beat that? We went to the finance department and was assisted by Chad Ashley. My husband and I have sat through many 'finance torture treatments'. It did not happen with Chad. He prepared the paper work and answered all of our questions in record time! We left the dealership feeling great. We bought a new car for a great price and had a blast the entire time. Thank you Mike, Chad and the entire Kia staff. More

Mike took me for a test drive and was informative and friendly. He took a lot of time to show me features of the car and let us (me and my friend Eddie) drive for a good period of time. We were introduced to John Gullett, sales manager, and he was very friendly, personable and made us feel comfortable. When I wasn't certain about whether I wanted to pay the price of the car (which was more expensive than another car I was looking at with another dealership - Hyundai), they were not pushy at all and understood I needed time to think - they knew I was looking at another car with another dealership as well, and they were respectful of that. HOWEVER, I loved the KIA and decided the next day that I was going to buy the KIA. They gave me the best price they possibly could, and I know that's true. Again, very friendly and courteous service, responsive to my questions by phone as I made my final decision. I felt as though they kept the same excellent service attitude towards me even when I wasn't sure about whether to buy the KIA or the Hyundai. I returned to the dealership at 4:20 that second day and bought the car. The process was very quick, efficient and friendly. I drove off at approximately 5:45-6 p.m. - quickest purchase of a car I've ever had. I opted to add window tinting and to purchase the extended warranty on the car, both of which were at a good price and explained well. Josh in Finance was so friendly, informative and personable, and, again, not pushy about the extended warranty purchase, while still informative. Todd Clark (sales manager) was truly wonderful. He got my car in very quickly to perform the window tinting, which they are doing now, and he will deliver my car to me at work when it's done today! Very wonderful, friendly and willing to work with my schedule and convenience. I really appreciate this because of my busy schedule and need for the car to be returned quickly. More
