My wife and I had just been rejected financing from our credit bureau, which didn't make sense because of our high scores and good ratios. We were a little upside down on a used car. John and Mike in the sales department really worked with us to allow us to buy the exact car we wanted, making sure we could work a deal with our upside down situation. They were incredibly helpful and excellent salesmen. Once we got into the financing department, Hani took very good care of us. He was extremely helpful throughout the process and reassured us that we would get the financing we had earlier been denied. We got financed through the same credit bureau with the exact same terms as we had originally applied. After our nightmare day with the credit bureau, we had given up hope of being able to buy this new car. Mike convinced me to make the drive up there to see if we could get it done. I can't express how happy I am with this dealership and the people we worked with. Wonderful people and an excellent dealership. This was, by far, the most positive experience that I have ever had at a dealership. If you guys end up reading this, I want to thank you again for all of your help. I went into this dealership looking for a new car after totaling out my old car. I was so sure I wanted to purchase a car from this dealership, and now I wish I would have walked away. The night of my buy, totaling out my old car. I was so sure I wanted to purchase a car from this dealership, and now I wish I would have walked away. The night of my buy, the manager tried to screw me over with numbers and I was confused. I was sent over to the finance department not understanding the numbers still and was told they would explain things to me. When even the finance guy couldn't explain what he had written down and what he actually told me, the Kia manager came over to talk to us. He was so rude, he yelled, accused me of calling him a liar and making him seem like he was cheating me. he through his hands in the air and said "whatever, don't buy the car then" and walked away. I still to this day have no idea why I bought my car from them, I wish I would have turned around and walked away. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. More

Our experiance with Bob Moore Kia in Edmond was wonderful! Our sales man, Roger Crick, took the time to stay late with us so we could test drive and purchase our new 2012 Kia Optima. Overall My wife and I were very pleased with the dealership and the staff, it was the most relaxed car shopping experience i have ever had and I will definitely recommend that anyone go to Bob Moore Kia for their next car purchase. Roger Crick and John Gullett made my car buying experience the best one I have ever had! Normally, car shopping at dealerships is on my top 10 list of things I dislike doing. I didnt feel like I had been slimed as is the case at some dealerships. Anyway, Roger was very knowledgable, friendly, helpful,and genuine. John also had those same attributes and I think it was the genuineness and humility that made me very comfortable with my decision to buy my next vehicle from them. Both were resourceful, listened to what I was interested in, and earned my trust. They worked well together and seem to have a great deal of respect for one another. I got a great deal as well, so I was very pleased! I have no reservations about recommending them to anyone, and I don't say that very often! Eric Poston in finance was also very pleasant and professional and there was no pressure to buy something I didn't want, even though it was offered. A very pleasant car buying experience! I am a very satisfied customer and I love my Kia Sorento! More
