Roger was great! He was very patient with my husband and I while we decided as we took a while to make a decision. He was very knowledgeable about the car we bought. A man working there who was not at all involved in the purchase (other than we were negotiating prices in his office) gave our son a balloon, which he loved. I never got the finance man's name but he was great as well. He worked hard at finding us the best interest rate possible. All staff was very personable and professional. I am very happy with my purchase as this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The 2012 Kia Optima is great!!! I have gotten lots of compliments. I am convinced that I couldn't have made a better choice. More
My husband and I were in the market to start looking for my first brand new car. We ended up with a car when we thought it would be another 6 months until it was time to purchase one. On Saturday we decided to go for a test drive and fell in love with a Kia Optima at the N.W. Expressway location. When talking over numbers with William Baylock as to what we were comfortable with as far as payments was outside his expertise. So, in came the finance guy. Well, this little oops ended up turning out in our advantage (seeing as we had NO INTENTION of getting a car that day). We found out with what we currently were able to put down along with our credit unions's awesome interest rate gave us the payments that we thought we would not be able to get for at least another 6 months! We came back and bought our brand new car on leap day. Also, the manager was kind enough to stick to the printed promises stated online to which he was not aware of from the Edmond location. I am loving my new car "Lola" so far and she has set the bar for what we now expect for our money! More

From the beginning to the end process, our experience was GREAT. I liked the no pressure process beginning with the sales person to the end with the finance person. After a bad experience in the same week with another dealer, i was a little leery. It was almost 3pm when I left the dealership with the car, despite the fact that he was supposed to leave that day at 12pm. everyone else at the dealership was friendly, that made for a great experience ! They were very friendly from the moment we walked in the door. We went in for a Kia Soul and they help us get the one we wanted even though it was not on their lot. Then the next week they called and told me that they had found gotten one and was ready for me to take it that day so I got my car two weeks early. They did not play around with the price. Well, I'm sure the sales manager helped his team by their being so lucrative with the pricing. So when i tell you that Charlie worked hard to find us a good deal, i can't give him all the credit. however for being so lucrative with the pricing.
