Excellent service! We worked with Tim Rebelsky on the purchase of our vehicle. Going through a check of the vehicle prior to purchase we noticed the hood insulator had a We worked with Tim Rebelsky on the purchase of our vehicle. Going through a check of the vehicle prior to purchase we noticed the hood insulator had a hole in it right above the battery. Tim told us to check with a local dealer to see if they could replace it, which they could only at charge. Tim had advised us to get back with him if it couldn't be replaced under warranty, and Tim had great customer service getting the information processed and offering us the replacement. This was exceptional service going above and beyond by Tim. Mike was exceptional as well with the processing of our paperwork and getting us on our way with our new vehicle. He emailed us with some other information needed and provided us the paperwork without needing to make an extra trip to the dealership. Morrison guys made me realize there are still good people. MY problems started when I bought a car from the dealership in Sterling. The first week I had my vehicle I had to buy 2 new tires. I called dealers th MY problems started when I bought a car from the dealership in Sterling. The first week I had my vehicle I had to buy 2 new tires. I called dealers they told me nothing they could do about it. I was unhappy then. A few weeks later I took it there to get a simple oil change. Mechanic told me I was missing some kind of filter. I told them to put it in. That oil change cost me $63.00. That filter should have been in the car when I bought it. How well did they even inspect it before I bought it? Keep in mind this was just a vehicle I drove now and then, not an every day car. I only had the car 6 months and maybe put 1500 miles on it. The transfercase went out on it. Again, I called the dealership and they told me nothing they could do since it was bought before it became Kunes Auto. I bought my car Feb 13 and they swithched owners shortly after that. I called them several times and they would not help me at all. I am a single mother and live paycheck to paycheck. I could not afford to fix this. I made payments on a car that sat in my garage and I could not drive it. I borrowed several of my childrens' cars to get to work since I couldn't afford another car. Six months went by and I got a card in the mail about trading in my car from MORRISON. I called and spoke to MIKE. He told me to come on in and he would see what he could do. He jumped thru hoops to fix would should have been fixed 6 months before that. Mike and Bill could not believe that Sterling people would not do anything. They did everything in their power to get me a different car. I am happy to say that this was in Feb. and it is now April and my new car has been a life-saver. I could not have done it without these two men. I now have a car that I can drive. Thank you so much.!!!! More

best vehicle buying experience i had so far over the years I called the dealership to talk to someone in sales on a used truck . Mike Smithee answered and was upbeat, courteous, and very informative. Mike gave me the keys and off I went on the test drive by myself. No one pressuring me while I drove or trying to talk the truck up. Arrived back sat down and made a deal. No pressure at all. Very relaxing and Mike was very helpful and up front. Made a great deal and bought the truck. Next day picked up the truck and dealt with Bill Bart on financing, licensing etc. Bill was very helpful and courteous. Overall the people there are the best I have ever dealt with. Will definitely give them first chance on my next vehicle. Thank you. More
