Looks like a new staff of service advisors. Not great attitudes. I miss the staff from 6 months ago. They were personable and helpful I will be seeking out a different Chevy dealer for service on my attitudes. I miss the staff from 6 months ago. Once the service advisor came out to let me know what my car needed she explained each item thoroughly and also offered a finance plan. After the car was ready she again offered services if needed in future and let me know everything else was good with car. I chalk the issue I had initially up to morning rush. There were a lot of customers all at same time. I still think the price was high I will return in future hopefully with a coupon! More
I had a problem with my transmission, I spoke with Josh on the phone. He told me to bring in my truck for a diagnostic. They found that I needed a new transmission. Josh took care of submitting the info to the warranty company, set me up with a loner vehical. He texted me updates about the progress of the repaire. Amazingly, I dropped my vehicle off Sunday evening and was contacted Tuesday noon time that my truck was finished and ready for pick up.Josh and the Koons team did a very good job. They made a stressful situation much easier to bare. Thanks Guys Anthony Fitch Jr. More
I bought my two Chevy Bolt EVs from Koons. When they both needed recall service, I brought them to George Z in service. When one vehicle was returned, an emergency warning light came on within a few bl both needed recall service, I brought them to George Z in service. When one vehicle was returned, an emergency warning light came on within a few blocks of the dealership. I went back to George. He quickly arranged for a diagnosis, but the cost of the repair was several hundred dollars. I protested that the car was working fine when I brought it in. I believed something went wrong in the recall service, and in any case the repair should be covered by the waranty. It took some conversations with GM Customer Service and the warranty people, but George patiently worked through it all with me. Once the cost matter was resolved equitably, George took care of everything as efficiently as possible. His assistance was essential to an amicable solution to this frustrating problem. I always ask for George when I go to Koons for service. More

I have brought my car here at the Koons in Whitemarsh and at 1 st had great service. The past year have had the absolute worst service. I talked to them since I have had to bring my car back 3 times for the at 1 st had great service. The past year have had the absolute worst service. I talked to them since I have had to bring my car back 3 times for the same thing and they can’t seem to give me a good or correct answer. I bought the tire protection plan that I had to make them aware of since they have continued to try to charge me 49.99 every time to fix a tire they never even checked any warranty’s and if you don’t question they would try to charge you. Totally unacceptable in my eyes that should be the 1 st thing you do for your customer before saying anything is wrong with it! Just customer service 101!!! So back for a 2 Nd time in 1 week about the same thing I have had it here for 3 times in 3 months tire sensor saying low air. Every time I bring it in they say the sensor is wrong and adjusted something and plug a tire the last time that had a nail in it and tried to charge 49.99 until I said I had tire protection. Today I was told that the reason things have been not do good here lately since I made a complaint was because since they have such good reviews people are bringing there cars here to the Whitemarsh koons because they have the better reviews and now their workers are spread thin! I told them I brought my car from them that maybe they should consider that!! It has been an awful experience and they truly don’t care. I took 2 vacation days from work because last time they could not get to my car even knit dropped off the night before and it took 2 days to just find out the problem and they could not give me a lender for me to get to work! Once 1 complained the manager said they could give me a lender and he didn’t understand why they didn’t explain that to me . I guess they didn’t explain it just like they don’t check your warranty’s. So maybe your car buying experience was good but service is a whole other ballgame!! More
