I just want to tell you that the service was not very good, because although the seller was quite kind to us at all times, after the poor job of the financial man, the seller lost enthusiasm, there we had other options that we would have taken if they had offered them to us , but it was me who had to tell them what to do, for example I told them: explore if we can apply for a used tesla, or a new explorer that would fit our borrowing capacity, and then it was me who had to insist, call again to ask what had happened, etc, that in sales is unacceptable, the client does not have to take care of that, and that is why in the end we decided to go to another place where in less than an hour they had approved us, with a good interest rate and good conditions, and there I ended up being convinced of the bad work of your boys.
