Yannick made the car buying experience personal, fun and easy. He got to know me on a personal level and wasn't pushy like I've heard many sales people can be. I'm so delighted that he was there to make this experience an enjoyable one. I can't thank Steve Brown enough for making sure that his team took care of me! Last but certainly not least, I would like to thank Michael Palmer who made the really scary part (financing), easy to understand. Thanks to all the wonderful people who made it possible for me to get my baby, my Ford Fusion! I will definitely recommend Koons Sterling Ford to everyone I know!
