I emailed a LOT of dealers, but one particular salesman stood out -- Jason Robles @ Koons. Jason made me feel comfortable right from the start. He answered ALL of my questions, gave me breakdowns so I knew exactly what I was paying for, was prompt to reply, and he just struck me as a good, honest human being. Jason gave me an EXCELLENT price, so I made an appointment to drive down and purchase the van. I made the 6+ hour drive from Western NY down to Koons Sterling Ford. I'll admit, I was a little nervous as to whether the 'smoke and mirrors' tactics would sour this deal. My worry was for nothing -- Jason came through and gave me exactly what he said he would. One of the best things is that everything is very fast and efficient and at no time did we ever feel like we were being strung along or BS'd. Everyone knows how long it can take to go buy a car, but from walking in the door to being walked out by Steve and handed the keys, we were there a total of about three hours. I was simply amazed! We had our children with us, one of whom is only 16 months old, so being that fast and efficient is a huge plus. I just can't say enough good things. Steve is one of the nicest guys we've ever met, not just the nicest salesman. He has forever earned our business no matter who he works for!! Thanks Steve!! And thanks Koons!! Stay smart and never let this guy go!! Give him a raise AND a bonus!! The same goes for Mike in Finance! He was just as nice and so awesome in explaining everything and getting us a great finance rate. Seriously, I'm just in awe of the quality of Koons Sterling Ford and the staff there.
