excellent service by Andre Epps and service department I bought a new ford escape early this year. It had a problem with the windshield. Streaking, not always visible, ruined the driving experience and tempted me to buy a new windshield or new car. Andre Epps examined the windshield and showed it to his technicians. The problem was so hard to see under the conditions at ford that they could not polish it or buff it out. Ford could not replace it under warranty because it was hard to see. Mr. Epps examined it again and communicated repeatedly with Ford. After numerous emails he was able to get me a new windshield under warranty. His effort and the performance of the service department made me want to be a customer for life. This is my second Ford from Sterling. My family has bought Fords since the 1950s. Avoid the Used Car Dealership Dealer was aware we were traveling from another state. The Ford Fusion falsely advertised. As a woman, Yannick is respectful to all customers and treats all equally and with respect. Yannick is an asset to this dealership, and as i said in another review- he is a a star. We WILL buy from him again and have Koons service our Mustang. Our finance person, Adrian, was our only negative- the Director was nice, but I would not want to work with that person again.
