From day one, which began on a cold and rainy Sunday night literally just minutes before closing, until the day of our purchase, Jason was there for us. He was consistently friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and most of all patient. Although this purchase was years in the making and we knew we wanted an F-250, we were still undecided on the model year, gas or diesel option, paint color, and trim. Jason's outstanding customer-driven focus provided us with the clarity we were missing to find the vehicle that best fit our needs. Furthermore, we were comforted by the high level of respect Jason showed us during our buying experience; absolutely no hassling, no pushy sales tactics, and no attitude. In the end, we drove home extremely happy with our brand new F-250 Platinum Diesel truck. I had bought my Ford Fusion Hybrid from your dealership in May 201 This is to complain about a recent interaction I had with your service department. I had bought my Ford Fusion Hybrid from your dealership in May 2017. On around the week of Jan 22, I noticed that the rear bumper is off hinges a bit. Did not look like anyone hit the car from behind. I took it to the dealership on Saturday 23rd. Two people looked at the car. No one objected to the fact that it is some sort of defect and will be fixed under bumper-to-bumper warranty. Since it was already late, the agent helping me booked an appointment for Tuesday Feb 6. When I went there to drop off the car and get the loaner, another mechanic who was loitering around started saying the damage is because of someone hitting the car. A manager came and did not even bother to understand the whole story. First of all his treatment of the customer was very poor and second he just pronounced on the spot that it has to go through insurance etc. I have no objection to that but there are two things (1) initial diagnosis was not accident - therefore the dealership should have honored what they said the first time around; (2) even if it was some accident related, the manager should have tried to understand the whole situation and acted a bit more professionally. The whole experience has been very bad. This dealership has lived up to the common belief that after the car is sold "dealership does not care". More
