From the first contact with Koons Ford in Sterling to driving away with my new car this was the absolute car buying experience I have ever had. I can't commend Samir Kerboussi (Sales) and Adrian Tiaga ( driving away with my new car this was the absolute car buying experience I have ever had. I can't commend Samir Kerboussi (Sales) and Adrian Tiaga (Finance) enough. 10 stars to both of them. Even though I was hoping to and prepared to purchase a vehicle, I nonetheless dreaded what I thought was in store for me - from unclear answers, getting the runaround, visit taking all day etc etc. However, my experience was nothing like that at all!! My entire visit took only a few minutes over 2 hours!! Samir had previously answered all my questions through text/email in a timely manner. When I arrived he was very professional, knowledgeable, personable, prompt, clear and to the point, He proceeded to show me the vehicle I was mainly interested in (a 2017 Ford Escape) , pointed out all of the features and answered all of my questions. The vehicle is/was in excellent condition, clean, sanitized, had all the features I wanted and came with a great price (it was lower than what I thought it should be). I had been searching for several weeks throughout Virginia, Maryland, and even out of the area (NJ and PA) - I came to the conclusion that for what I wanted, Koons Ford in Sterling was offering the best vehicle with the best price. While I was still talking with Samir, Adrian in Finance was already working on my financing. By the time I was finished speaking with Samir, Adrian had everything finished and ready to go regarding the financing of my vehicle. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and answered every question I had. I do NOT recommend their concierge service at all. My car was supposed to be picked up for service at 8:30am and it was not picked up until 10:00. I called at 9, asking what the status was on the pickup and was supposed to be picked up for service at 8:30am and it was not picked up until 10:00. I called at 9, asking what the status was on the pickup and they said within the hour. Then at 4:00, I received an email saying my car was done and I received the invoice link and then after that I received the text saying “Koons Sterling Ford: hey there, pay that link and i am gonna send your way.“ I paid the invoice immediately and then waited for my car. I finally called at 5:15, and once I connected to someone and asked about the status, my call was “mysteriously“ dropped. I called back and no one answered. I called a third time and finally connected with someone at 5:30 and they told me my car was still at the shop and hadn’t gone out for delivery. My car did not arrive until after 6:00 pm. And there was NO active communication at all. They tried to tell me “this is why we say there is an hour to two hour window” but of course that was never communicated to me, and worse, at 4:00, I was lead to believe my car was on the way. Absolutely terrible excuse for service. I’m blown away by the complete lack of communication regarding the extreme vehicle pickup and delivery times. More

Usually have great experience with the service department, but not this time. Abeer Beg gave me an estimate for $195, but total cost came in at $1250 without any advanced notice! No response from management after I complained. Definitely will stay away in the future. More

I had a great interaction with this dealer! They communicate well and they were willing to do much more over email because of the pandemic. It's no surprise that Samir Kerboussi has been the top salesman at this dealership for the past two years. Samir was wonderful to work with. He listened to what we were looking for, offered suggestions an salesman at this dealership for the past two years. Samir was wonderful to work with. He listened to what we were looking for, offered suggestions and never pressured us to purchase. I was impressed with all of the precautions Samir and the staff due to COVID-19. Wearing masks, temperature checks and continuous cleaning was very evident. We were able to take the vehicle overnight to our mechanic 20 miles away. There were a few scratches on the bumper and doors which the Manager agreed to take out and even gave us a rental car while it was done. I highly recommend Samir and this team to future buyers. More
