As we were waiting for Adrian in finance, there was discussion about me looking at another Mustang but I also liked their Explorers. Well, due to their courtesy and care, we both drove out of there with our Mustang and Explorer. I had no intentions of trading in my 2014 Fusion with less than 42,000 miles but they were amazing in all aspects. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!!! There was no pressure in anything and they offer so many benefits in your purchase that if you leave disappointed, it’s your own fault!!! Took my vehicle if for a diagnostic appointment. I was immediately told that they were overbooked and that the couldn’t take a look at my vehicle for at least another day, maybe two. Once the diagnostic was completed it needed some major work. Over the next few weeks while the work was being done the service advisor staff had extremely poor communication and would not follow up in a timely manner. Every time I called to talk to an advisor the phone would just ring until going to voicemail. If I left a voicemail I was lucky to get a phone call back that same day. More
