We brought our Acadia in with what we thought was a warranty issue. I turned out that our serial number was not covered. However, Dave had the vehicle checked out and advised it did needed a new shifte warranty issue. I turned out that our serial number was not covered. However, Dave had the vehicle checked out and advised it did needed a new shifter. He advised us of the estimated time for repairs and also contacted Ally about possible coverage. David as always kept us updated all the way through the process. More

Bought a 2025 BMW with low mileage. The dealership refused a third-party inspection, and the air conditioning failed immediately after I drove it off the lot.
