Danny was great and answered my questions about a car I had seen on the lot when I called to see if it was still there. Brought my 1999 Camry in due to a strange noise under the hood while my husband was out of town. Lex of Koons Toyota said the engine was "Kaput" and needed to be replaced for $5k. When my husband returned from his trip, we went back to pick the car up (to trade in for a Honda) and Lex was on vacation and they had "lost" the key. My husband had his, so they sent us to hunt for the car on the lot (they refused to bring it to the front). We got the car and drove it off the lot, nobody asked what we were doing and nobody checked that the car we were driving off was ours. More

We went to Koons Toyota in Annapolis to look at a 2011 RAV4. Our salesman was Chuck Hicks. Chuck was friendly and warm and made us instantly comfortable. There was no high pressure sales pitch coming from him at all. He spent a great deal of time with us showing us every detail of how the RAV 4 worked and answered our every question. He was knowledgeable and likeable. He worked with us to get us a deal we were very happy with. What started out for us as 'just looking' ended up with us being entirely sold on the RAV4, so we paid cash and bought it. We were entirely impressed with the way the RAV4 was prepped, tagged and ready for us to drive home when we were done filling out the paperwork. It was a seamless delivery. Jeff, who took care of the legal paperwork, was nice to work with too. For an situation that can be stressful and contentious, this car buying experience at Koons was extremely pleasant. I highly recommend this dealership and Chuck HIcks in particular. More

He is very good with both phone and email to schedule appointments and let you know that the work is complete. The other guys that work with him also seem to work great as a team to help each others customer with questions if one or the other is busy. I would recommend Koons for service any day of the week especially if Wayne could help. More

My wife, who does not like to make quick decisions, cane to a decision to purchase the car because of the confidence and trust we had in there two gentlemen. I feel 100% comfortable with the car and the deal because I thought these guys were honest and looking out for me, the customer. I'm the kind of person that does their homework and knows what I want. I dont like being "sold to" and I let them know that up front. Used car manager Jared Herbert must not have gotten the memo. From hello, he had his slick used car stereotype in full effect. He tried his hardest to lowball my trade in, even though the website says they'll give 125% of the trade in value. He even pulled a "Let me sell it to my wholesaler one more time" trick even though I'm sure he knew full well what he could give me for the trade. In the end I got what I needed for my trade and a reasonable deal on the used car purchase. I just feel slimy and used by the way I was treated. More
