Lex is an outstanding employee! This was my second visit to the Toyota- Annapolis location. Both times, I was there for maybe 10 minutes if that long. Chris was an excellent sales person, very helpful and knew the car inside and out. He explained the car, brought it to my office so that I could review it before I even got to the dealership. Shopping for a used car can be a frustrating and tough experience, but it was made easier by having somebody like Jim Daras (JD) along to help out. Of the ten or so dealerships we visited, JD was the most experience, but it was made easier by having somebody like Jim Daras (JD) along to help out. Of the ten or so dealerships we visited, JD was the most honest, friendly and helpful salesperson we encountered. His customer service skills are second to none, answering phone calls and emails promptly and always being ready to lend his honest opinion. When during the process we ran into some frustration in other parts of the dealership (as is normal in these experiences), JD was there to keep us engaged and ultimately find a car that suited our needs and within our budget. I would highly recommend this dealership, but especially JD, as he was the finest person we worked with over our experience in the Maryland/DC/Virginia areas. Customer support at this dealer was great. I stopped by to get a headlight bulb replaced, and the service rep informed that it may be a long wait. He kindly offered to replace the bulb free of charge if I to get a headlight bulb replaced, and the service rep informed that it may be a long wait. The service rep replaced the bulb free of charge and showed us how easy it was to do it ourselves if need be in the future. That's what I call great customer service!!! More
