I bought a brand new Toyota Tacoma in April. Until recently, I did not have a chance to drive it too much due to emergent family situations. Once I did get to drive it for an appreciable amount of ti recently, I did not have a chance to drive it too much due to emergent family situations. Once I did get to drive it for an appreciable amount of time, I immediately noticed that once the Tacoma hit a speed of about 62 MPH, the Tacoma front end and steering wheel had a very noticable shimmy. I took the truck in for service a few weeks ago. I was told that they did a front wheel balancing. Although not quite as bad as it originally was, the shimmy was not completely gone when I got my truck back. So I called Mr. Dan Leahy, Sales, and he put me on to Mr. Mike Burrell, Service Dept. Mgr., and between the two gentlemen they got me immediately back into the service area. After keeping the Tacoma for part of a day, I was called and told that they totally removed the shimmy using a "full truck wheel-balancing" method and that Mr. Burrell was personally test driving the truck. I picked up the truck on July 6, 2011 and since then I have not noticed any more shimmy. Mr. Leahy and Mr. Burrell reacted with speed, worked with me on a personal basis and ensured that the problem was totally eliminated. Their personal involvement ensured a quick and complete elimination of the problem. More

I'm able to plan my regular service visits in advance, and always work through Lex Belenky. He explains what needs to be done in a clear and concise manner. Right from the moment that I asked for a quote through internet till the delivery of the vehicle, he worked in the best interest and helped me exercise my decision pretty well. I did most of the price-shopping with 5 other dealers in & around the capital belt-way including Columbia & Baltimore and found Koons to be a fair deal. More than the price, it was the warmth, openness, candidness and friendly-nature of Scott that helped me in this deal. He wasn't greedy like few-other salesmen whom I happened to meet in other dealers around, when it was a selection of add-on features for the car. Above all, he delivered more than our expectations. We purchased a new Toyota Sienna last week and were extremely satisfied with the entire process from our initial phone call with Lawrence Wells to the follow-up phone calls and thank you notes after ou extremely satisfied with the entire process from our initial phone call with Lawrence Wells to the follow-up phone calls and thank you notes after our purchase. Lawrence called immediately after I submitted an online request and from the from the first call I knew we were going to purchase a new minivan from Koons Annapolis. We were so impressed with his customer service! He not only seemed genuinely sincere and friendly, but was more knowledgeable and customer service oriented than a previous salesperson at another dealership who had several years of experience. Lawrence offered to meet us at our house to test drive and go over the Sienna since we have 2 small children and were unable to easily do so at the dealership. He covered every detail from the features of the vehicle and how to operate everything and also every safety feature that we weren't even aware of when we originally made the decision to purchase a Sienna. After we met with him, we were convinced this was the car and the dealership for us. Our meeting at the dealership was quite long (to be expected though) but Lawrence again made this a pleasant experience and even went to great lengths to keep our children content and busy while went through the negotiation process. We were very satisfied with the purchase price, the sales manager/financial manager was very fair and in a repeat visit to finalize and few details, I was greeted again in a very friendly manner. I have already recommended Lawrence and Koons to a shopper who complemented me on my van at the grocery store and to friends . We will definitely return to Koons of Annapolis in the future and hope that Lawrence will still be there to help us with our next purchase. He is going to go very far! More
