My wife and I were looking for a used 2008 Highlander Hybrid Limited and when i contacted Koons TOyota after seeing what they offered online, Lawrence replied to my e-mail inquiries. After shopping around on the internet for other deals around, my wife and I visited Koons Toyota and saw Lawrence. He was true to his word that he wasn't a pushy salesman and I liked that about him. He definitely knew the Highlander Hybrid's excellent points even how much money I could save on gas on an annual basis. His knowledge of both the vehicle's navigation system and selling points impressed me and eventually, I saw the value of the vehicle. It was definitely a good buy. The car looked almost new when I test drove it. After settling on the price with the Toyota certified program, Lawrence processed the paperwork and even my trade in. It was definitely a pleasant experience dealing with Lawrence. We also had a great time dealing with Karen in the finance department (when she was still the manager there). She gave us incentives on the Platinum service program which actually saved us in the long run on our monthly. It was great dealing with Karen and how she explained all of the lines on the paperwork we were signing. With our kids in tow, she was definitely a sport. After owning the Highlander for more than a month now, there were some parts that were missing, but Lawrence took care of all the missing parts, even ordered them and I just recently brought the car back so they could install the parts. These guys definitely took care of me. I would definitely come back to them for my next vehicle purchase. More

Lev worked out an extended test drive on an '06 Sienna so we could try out the van with the car seats and kids. Overall, my feeling is that Koon's Toyota at Annapolis is very professional and reliable place to buy a car. More

My wife and I were looking for a Toyota Rav 4. We decided on the color and options we wanted but the two local dealerships in Delaware did not have one in stock. I searched for the vehicle on the internet and found that Koons in Annapolis had one. I called and spoke to Margo. I told her exactly what we were looking for including a few extra features. She quickly responded verifying the vehicles color and features. I explained we were from Delaware and that in order for us to purchase we were looking for a good/fair price to make the hour and a half trip worth while. Margo did not disappoint. She beat the price of our local Toyota dealer. I placed a deposit with my credit card and we completed the purchase a few days later. When we arrived the vehicle was ready for delivery. Margo and the rest of the sales staff were very friendly. The paper work was completed quickly with no pressure to buy any add-ons. With everything done, we were on our way. While researching cars online, I came across a smart car at Koons Toyota Annapolis, that was absolutely precious! I called to see if it was still available and was transferred to Lawerence. He was very professional over the phone, asking what time I'd like to come in so he would know to be available. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted promptly by Lawernce. I gave him a bit of history as to why I was looking for a new vehicleas well as insight to my concerns over financing. He was very understanding and said he'd do what he could to make sure I was able to leave with the car! Lawrence was true to his word and nearly 7 hours later, I was the proud owner of an adorable little smart car!! Lawrence was extremely patient and very personable. Coming from a sales background myself, I appreciate that he did not try to utilize any of the traditional pushy sales tactics you come across with most sale people. In fact, he made a point to get to know me during the looooong day, chatting about music, his move from Kentucky, his pets and recent marriage. I also learned that Lawrence is quite a talented artist and now have one of his Marilyn Monroe pieces hanging in my home. I looked for a Toyota Camry from Coast to Coast. I live in No. Cal. It went down to 5 agencies, 1) Chico, Ca, [Patterson Toyota...Lee] 2) Redding CA, [Lithia Toyota...a female Salesperson] 3) Longo Toyota in No. Cal. It went down to 5 agencies, 1) Chico, Ca, [Patterson Toyota...Lee] 2) Redding CA, [Lithia Toyota...a female Salesperson] 3) Longo Toyota, So. Cal...Jane] 3) Antwerpen Toyota,[ Clarksville, MD... Marvin] 5) Annapolis Toyota. [Margo]. The most knowledgable salesman was in Chico, [Lee, as he was extremely knowlwdgable] but the worst was in Redding. Sorry ...but she was not very helpful nor knowledgable]. But... Margo at Annapolis was the most personable, straightforward and likeable. Those were the traits that were the most importyant to us. I already knew the car, I wanted a saleman with the most integrity and thoughtfulness. Margo was it. Additionally, she got us the best deal (by far). I would buy from her again in a moment...and my friend in Philadelphia (who picked me up from the airport and drove me the 100 miles to Annapolis) will likely. I give Annapolis a 5 because they were true to their word and consistent in their motive. Unlike the other toyota agencies, Margo and the staff at Annapolis stood out in their professionalism and desire to see our deal through to completion. I researched and searched online for over a month. And, even though the best deal and people were over 2,800 miles away, I felt confident I could travel the distance and find the car exactly as I was told over the phone. I was not disappointed. Margo showed exceptional patience in answering my questions and following up on phone calls. One of the agencies that also initially got my attention was Darcars in Frederick, MD, but when we started talking, I could tell they didn't take me seriously as I live in No. California. That was their mistake. Margo took me seriously from the start, then proved it with the best offer. It was worth the flight to Maryland, and the drive back to No Cal (in 3 days) was a blast! The car was wonderful. But...it didn't get the advertized 35 miles per gallon. No! It got 38 miles per gallon! I would gladly buy from Annapolis Toyota again...and probably will as my friend in Philadelphia will as well. The trip was worth it. So, if you are thinking about purchasing from Toyota Annapolis, (and Margo), please take this recommendation from someone who spent a month looking at dealerships from coast to coast. Margo and the team at Annapolis Toyota were simply the most professional, helpful and consistent. You cannot go wrong. And, by the way, I wasn't pushed to write this review. I wanted to to...as a result of feeling incredibly satisfied in purchasing a great car from a standout-professional agency. I am a picky person. I cannot find anything to "pick" at this agency...except rave about them. They gave me a great deal. I feel I owe them a great review and will continue to recommend them..even to my friends here on the West coast. But....one word of advice to Annapolis (need to be fair here). I think it would be wise for Annapolis Toyota to "ask" a new car owner if its ok for Koons to place their "koons" sticker on the painted surface of their new car. It took me several minutes to remove the sticker, which left a sticky residue ..that is still noticeable...on the painted surface of my new car. Not a very wise thing to do in my view. I do not fault Margo for that sticker at all. No! I fault Agency policy. Please consider my suggestion. More
