Customer support at this dealer was great. I stopped by to get a headlight bulb replaced, and the service rep informed that it may be a long wait. He kindly offered to replace the bulb free of charge if I to get a headlight bulb replaced, and the service rep informed that it may be a long wait. He kindly offered to replace the bulb free of charge if I would purchase it through the parts department. We bought the bulb and were able to be on the road again in less than five minutes. The service rep replaced the bulb free of charge and showed us how easy it was to do it ourselves if need be in the future. That's what I call great customer service!!! More

My mother and I stopped by late in the evening, probably almost closing time. The dealership we stopped at before this one didn't even attempt to assist us so it was quite refreshing having Pat greet us an almost closing time. He clearly listened to what we were looking for and kept within those demands. It was his calm demeanor and friendly attitude that allowed me to push my own bar higher. I personally wasn't going to give the PT Cruiser a second thought until he talked me into just trying it out just in case. I am extremely happy I did because I thoroughly LOVE my new car. Pat helped expose how destined I was to get this car with the information he provided. Information further than just minor details of the car. The fact a Belgian Diplomat owned it before me actually means a lot more than I can explain, among other things he mentioned. I'm a salesman myself and can truly say Patrick Callahan is a Veteran of the car selling world. Customer Service: A+ Quality of Work: He stayed very late and successfully did what he could to gain our business that night. Pat made sure we were comfortable and that I wasn't confused at any point during the sale. A+ Friendliness: We joked around a lot. We had a lot of fun. A+ Overall experience: A+ Considering it was the 4th car lot we hit that day. Pat definitely made the visit worthwhile. Price: I was trying to stay a little lower yet even though the car was a little over, it was well worth it. I'm still extremely happy. Price was definitely a factor in why I bought the car. More
Unfortunately, I was forced into the market to buy a car after my 2004 Toyota Sienna was totalled by my insurance company after an accident. I loved my car and had no intention of purchasing a new one any after my 2004 Toyota Sienna was totalled by my insurance company after an accident. I loved my car and had no intention of purchasing a new one any time soon. Even though I was aware that Toyota had just recently released a new Sienna, I had no interest in even seeing what changes had been made. But now, after 8 years of being a happy Toyota Sienna owner, I was back in the market to buy a car. I decided to check out the new Siennas at Koons Toyota in Annapolis as I had recently had service work done there. When I walked into the dealership, a very young sales representative, by the name of Brandon Boggs, approached me. I figured he was the "new kid on the block" and wouldn't know much about the car. I was so wrong! He did a fantastic job telling me about all of the features the car had. I already knew quite a bit about Siennas since I had been driving one for 8 years. However, the new Sienna was a world apart from mine so I had several questions. Brandon answered them all with confidence and proceeded to demonstrate certain features when applicable. I thought he did a wonderful job and I was quite impressed with how knowledgeable he was. After looking at two models, the XLE and the Limited, Brandon took me inside to meet his manager and fielded other questions that I had. He kept in touch with me after I left and remained professional yet not overbearing. Eight days after stopping into the Annapolis dealership, I bought a new Sienna Limited! Turns out the car I was looking for was a difficult one to find, but they found one for me and delivered it the day after I told them I wanted to buy it from them. The manager, Danny, was very easy to work with and I was very pleased with the deal we made. Josh helped us with the financing and once again, I was pleased not only with his service, but also with the rate he secured for us. The gentleman that cleaned the car, had it shining from bumper to bumper. Brandon made sure the car was in top shape prior to taking possession of it, and took time to explain and set up certain features for me. All in all, we had a very pleasant experience with Koons Toyota of Annapolis. I would recommend Brandon Boggs and the dealership to anyone in search of a Toyota! More
My car needed and new oxygen sensor. Karen Williams asked Lex Belenky to help me. A time was set up for 9am the next day. I arrived and they started work promptly and were finished when they said they would be. Though it is an expensive repair I felt they were more than fair with my bill. Both Karen and Lex spoke with me in a friendly and professional way. They have a nice waiting area with TV, comfortable seating and even donuts to temp people. While I was there all of the other customers were treated equally well. I purchased my used car from them and have driven it over 120,000 miles with no problems. It had 90,000 miles on it when I got it. All and all I have and continue to recommend their dealership. Beth Fagan More
I bought a brand new Toyota Tacoma in April. Until recently, I did not have a chance to drive it too much due to emergent family situations. Once I did get to drive it for an appreciable amount of ti recently, I did not have a chance to drive it too much due to emergent family situations. Once I did get to drive it for an appreciable amount of time, I immediately noticed that once the Tacoma hit a speed of about 62 MPH, the Tacoma front end and steering wheel had a very noticable shimmy. I took the truck in for service a few weeks ago. I was told that they did a front wheel balancing. Although not quite as bad as it originally was, the shimmy was not completely gone when I got my truck back. So I called Mr. Dan Leahy, Sales, and he put me on to Mr. Mike Burrell, Service Dept. Mgr., and between the two gentlemen they got me immediately back into the service area. After keeping the Tacoma for part of a day, I was called and told that they totally removed the shimmy using a "full truck wheel-balancing" method and that Mr. Burrell was personally test driving the truck. I picked up the truck on July 6, 2011 and since then I have not noticed any more shimmy. Mr. Leahy and Mr. Burrell reacted with speed, worked with me on a personal basis and ensured that the problem was totally eliminated. Their personal involvement ensured a quick and complete elimination of the problem. More

Lex showed much knowledge of issues with my Camry Hybrid and went to great detail to explain in laymen terms instead of gearhead mumbo jumbo. Lex made me feel like an appreciated consumer unlike previous toyota service shops i have dealt with in the past. I will be bringing my Camry back here again, ask for Lex!!! More
