Chris was an excellent sales person, very helpful and knew the car inside and out. He explained the car, brought it to my office so that I could review it before I even got to the dealership. His customer service skills are second to none, answering phone calls and emails promptly and always being ready to lend his honest opinion. When during the process we ran into some frustration in other parts of the dealership (as is normal in these experiences), JD was there to keep us engaged and ultimately find a car that suited our needs and within our budget. I would highly recommend this dealership, but especially JD, as he was the finest person we worked with over our experience in the Maryland/DC/Virginia areas.
