This was my second sales experience at Koons Toyota of Annapolis, my first being the purchase of a 2007 Prius and now, the purchase of a 2012 Avalon. Our salesperson, Margo, was top notch and made the en Annapolis, my first being the purchase of a 2007 Prius and now, the purchase of a 2012 Avalon. Our salesperson, Margo, was top notch and made the entire experience enjoyable. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and committed to meeting our needs. She put us in a car that exactly matched our requirements and negotiated an extremely fair deal that left both sides of the table satisfied. I have been buying cars/trucks for over 50 years and can say unequivocably that this was the best buying experience yet. My wife and I drove 2 hours and past 2 other Toyota dealerships to do business with Koons and as long as Margo is still there, will do so again. Also, Maura did an admirable job of closing the deal with all of the paperwork and explaining the details of the financing and warranties. We drove home with a spanking new car and the feeling that we had just spent an afternoon with good friends. More

Buying a new car can be a real ordeal. This was NOT the case at Koons Annapolis. Based on the great service in the Service Dept (Kevin Biggam and Warren B (the great technician) when it came to a new auto case at Koons Annapolis. Based on the great service in the Service Dept (Kevin Biggam and Warren B (the great technician) when it came to a new auto I thought I would try new car sales. I was NOT disappointed. Brandon Boggs really went out of his way to make purchasing a new 2012 Camry Hybrid a very positive experience. He was aided by Cheryl ( responsible for ordering new cars and tracking their arrival). Their performance exceeded my expectations!!!!! I must say that between Kevin and Warren in service and Brandon and Cheryl in New cars -- you will NOT find a better team, a better price, or better service. THANK YOU More
I met Herman Dubick when I went to the Koon's Toyota Used Dealership to test drive an Avalon. I had been test driving different automobiles for at least a month prior. The last two vehicles in my top ranki Dealership to test drive an Avalon. I had been test driving different automobiles for at least a month prior. The last two vehicles in my top ranking were the Toyota Avalon and a Hyundai Genesis. After the test drive, I told Herman that I needed to think about it. The next day I told him that I decided against the Avalon. He said "What do you want?". I said the Hyundai Genesis with my specifications. He said "If I can find one, I'll give you a call.". I thought, well, I'll probably never talk to him again. Wrong! The very next morning, he called and told me that he had found exactly what I was looking for! Sure enough, he found it, right down to the year, color, V6, all of the loaded options, and the price for that model beat any that I found! Remarkable! In fact, I called him back to confirm everything, because, I was having a hard time believing it. The auto was coming to the Annapolis dealership two days later. I bought in that afternoon. Some of that was being at the right place at the right time,(Yeah Herman!) however, the manner that Herman and Koon's of Annapolis has treated me has been extraordinary! I am handicapped and all measures have been made to take care of me comfortably. I can drive, but, I cannot walk that well. Herman is completely customer oriented,i.e., friendly, listens, concerned, keeps me informed, kind, polite and courteous. He deserves a gold medal! My experience with Herman, and Koon's in Annapolis will be repeated and looking forward to it. More
The dealer (the two employees above) did everything in their power to make my experience not be the usual and typical hasle of buying a new car can be. I whent through a service that pre-negotiates the price of the vehicle based on the model and the extras that I listed, and they were able to get the vehicle from another dealer with what I had asked for, with the price that I agreed to, and on the date that they had promissed. They were great, curtious, friendly and whent beyond expectations. Case in point, I live 80 miles from the dealer and when I could not come down to get my MD plates, Lawrence drove the 80 miles to my home deliver and install the plates and then drove back the 80 miles to the dealer - that is unheard of these days. I will definately buy my next car from Koons and hope it will be from either Lawrence or Margo; thank you both very much. John A. More
I recently had a very good experience with the service team at Koons Annapolis Toyota. After the tailgate latch on our Sequoia broke for the 4th time, Toyota refused to cover the repair costs. The Toyota factory rep was horrible to deal with...Toyota should be embarrassed to have him represent their company. However, Koons stepped in and agreed to cover the labor costs if I paid for the part (the part is very inexpensive, but it requires a significant amount of labor to complete this repair). I can't thank Koons Annapolis enough for their focus on customer satisfaction. More

He was very patient with me, especially after I had a poor experience with Toyota of Bowie. FYI...Don't ever, ever, ever purchase from there. They are rip offs and they mark up prices with unnecessary fees. At Koons Toyota of Annapolis, I didn't even have to negotiate a lower price. All the cars that I was interested in pretty much met the Blue Book Value. And there were no additional fees outside of tags, taxes and title. And when I told J.D. what my final price was...he and his manager made sure to find me something way under so that I can have extra money left over, which I used to purchase a Service Warranty. Overall, I was very pleased with my transaction. If I ever need to purchase a used car again...I will be sure to check in with J.D. first. A pleased Customer of J.D and Koons Toyota of Annapolis. I have been using Koons of Annapolis for over five years now to service my Toyota because they are friendly, fast, and reliable. I recently brought my car in for service because the brakes were struggling and I trust the staff at Koons to not only identify the problem, but to explain step by step exactly what they are going to do to my vehicle. The fact that they care enough to call me and answer all of my questions about everything and anything that has to do with my vehicle is what impresses me the most. Other service companies forget that interacting with your customers is what makes a business great. I can't thank Steve Moye, Wayne Lopez, and everyone at Koons of Annapolis enough for keeping my Toyota safe and on the road. More
Lex Belenky is liked a trusted doctor. He is the only one feel looks out for my best interests. I bring my 4 Runner to him even though there are Toyota Dealers much closer to my house.
