What a pleasant experience Moe was fantastic in helping us with our purchase of a Chevy Silverado. Dan Reese was also great and really met us where we needed to be on our trade. Service center ruined my wheels and dealer won't replace the I wish I could give this dealership a 0 out of 5 stars! My experience overall at koons toyota of annapolis was horrible! First I had an appointment I I wish I could give this dealership a 0 out of 5 stars! My experience overall at koons toyota of annapolis was horrible! First I had an appointment I booked 3 days in advance for 9:30 am on Tuesday morning. When I arrived they put the wrong car in for the appointment, when the lady on the phone I spoke with while making the appointment said she added my new car into my file. When the car was finished they left a dirty paper towel in my cup holder and they must have taken some sharp quick turns with it because a few small items I had on the tray in the center console were now on my passenger side floor. After an hour I got in my car and left the dealership and saw they never cleared my maintenence light! When I got home I looked at my cars brand new alloy wheels and they were ruined around the lug nuts. They were careless and sloppy with removing the lug nuts! So now my wheels are ruined and scratched all up! Brought it back in so they could see it and they refuse to replace them. They will only "fix" them. They also offered to trade me out on some already painted wheels form a 2013 vehicle! That's even worse! My 4 month old 2015 car now has wheels that look like i took a razor blade to them. I am so dissatisfied and will never be back and in turn will not recommend anybody to this dealership! More

Two satisfied customers I hate buying cars. My wife literally had to drag me from dealership to dealership for over a week. After all this, do I now like buying cars - NO! Ho I hate buying cars. My wife literally had to drag me from dealership to dealership for over a week. After all this, do I now like buying cars - NO! However I can tell you hands down we had the best experience dealing with Neal Barrett and that was a large part as to why we ending up buying our car from him. The only down side is that every single time we went in we had to wait a little because Neal was literally selling a car to another satisfied customer (we know because we asked). However in the end it was well worth the wait. More
