Dreadful customer service I just moved into town. Got a nail in my corvette tire. Went there to ask around and there were no,customers around the service area. I approached this lady to tell her what happened. She said depending on the site it may be patch able. I said I thought those are high speed rated run flats and we shouldn't patch them. She said no you can but I can't guess for you. I asked if I can bring my car for her to look at she said she doesn't have time. She said to go to discount tire or tires plus. I was shocked but conceded. The guys at tires plus said their equipment won't fit a tire like mine. Long story short I went to another smaller dealership across the lake and they were very pleasant and courteous. I called mg to let them know what happened. They said not only are those tires non patch able -basically what happens if you burst them at 160 mph on the track?- but going to an outside vendor would have voided my tire and wheel insurance. I selected 3 stars for quality of work and price because there was no NA option. More
