They also offer a fantastic service where they will come to your workplace and pick up your vehicle as well as drop it off. Outstanding service once again. Oh my goodness! I was so leery of this company at first! Who in the world would drive all the way to Superior from Ashland to show me a vehicle I was interested in??? I loved the vehicle, so they let me put $500 down and brought it back for detailing. Then a few days later, they delivered it right to my home!! I can't say enough about Von Holzen!! My husband is in the hospital and he can't stop talking about Von Holzens service to all of the staff. He couldn't believe how they took care of me! They are definitely a company that prioritizes their customers!!

I brought my vehicle in for service and they damagedon't my truck they did pay for the damage but would not cover my fuel for running around for estimates it's a 30 mile round trip to town which I would have to drive 4 times plus another vehicle with my wife to pick me up and drop me off when it's done. Also they never told me about the damage and they all knew about it thank god I saw it before I left the dealership mark Lance would not pay me 25.00 to cover fuel costs I will have from this . Mark Lance thinks it's funny that I ask for that he laughed in my face I will never do business with them again
