What Others Say

Bought a new 2024 3500 GMC AT4, electrical issues from day one. Tail light glitches, radio not working, trailer plug and lighting not working, front bumper was installed crooked too. Super long waits to get into service 5+ times, never fixed the issues on any of the stops. Super pain in the xxx too as this was our main towing and company vehicle. They claimed all the electrical issues Id have to pay for after 36k factory warranty and were excited to sell me a new truck as I was creeping up to that mileage at 31k. One would imagine they would really go to bat for me on pricing after selling me junk....then proceeded to offer me absolute TRASH trade in value at 58k. I did end up getting a new truck at a different dealer, they gave me 64k on trade. Nightmare experience at Kolar and I can name 10 other people that have had similar experiences there. Arrogant employees and predatory tactics. Totally incompetent service department. Spent 80 grand on a vehicle and they could give a xxxx less. DONT GO HERE

They tried to sell me a car with cracked window. I told them I was not interested in cars with scratches or rust every time they called me the cars they had were junk rust and scratches then they told me it was the salesmen fault and would find me a diffrent one and never contacted me again very unprofessional. I wasted 3 trips up there. Price they were asking way to high. And they don't listen or care becarful they don't try and sell u a broken car. And blame it on the salesman.

Easy to work with and Nic our sales person was so helpful in explaining how everything in our new truck worked.

Scheduled my appointment 3 weeks in advance for an oil change, a factory recall for software update, and intermittent apple play issues. Appointment was for a Monday morning at 7:30, I received a call at 3 that they hadn’t gotten it in and wouldn’t be done with it that day. It wasn’t wrapped up until noon the next day. I understand falling behind on afternoon appointments, but if you’re still behind on the stuff from the week before let your upcoming appointments know so they’re not without their vehicle for multiple days.

Extremely long wait time for an appointment. Diagnostic charges were outrageous and unwarranted. They did not follow through when they had warranty information.

This is the second time in 9 months that my car has needed to be worked on. Both times they were held for over a month, communication was bare minimum at times and completely nonexistent at others. In 9 months I've only had my care for like 6 due to the chaos at the dealership. I feel like I was led astray into picking this car and I regret buying it.
