If there was any call back on your part you would have been told that was the second time your dealership touched my hood. My husband and I never touched it. I told the lady I meet with about that appointment. I also told Liz I wanted to see the tape. I don't even know who you are I was never even told you name. Hello Shaun, I'm sorry that you had such a frustrating experience, our intention is to be transparent and helpful when you come to us for service. Unfortunately we did not have a loaner vehicle available. Due to the GM strike there are many customers that have essential parts that were not readily available leaving our fleet exhausted. After you reached out to me I immediately contacted our Courtesy Transportation Manager who called you and attempted to obtain a rental from another company, none were available at the time and you were placed on a waiting list. Your parts were back ordered through GM and so I reached out to GM to expedite your part based on your vehicle undrivable and no rental being available. The parts department called dealerships until they found one that would send us theirs. Everyone was working hard to ensure you were inconvenienced the shortest amount of time possible. Your feedback on communication is important and we will use it to be better in the future. Thank you for the review.
