I have lost count of the total number of Toyota's my wife and myself have owned(all new). I have purchased my cars all over the state of Mass. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. In 2007 I had the best experience buying my car. The sales person was congenial, helpful, and attentive. I even enjoyed taking my car in for oil changes because of the pleasant people who worked there. Fast forward to now, and Norm Wagner has become my worst nightmare. The last three times I've been there, I was given attitude, made to wait 3 hours for an oil change, and told I needed new tires when I just put new tires on by them a couple months ago! It appears they have gone from my best experience to the shady mechanic where only suckers go. Don't go there. They do not care about the customers. I thought I'd be a lifelong customer, but even suckers have their breaking point. More
