Service above and beyond highest expectations I went in to Rt 2 Prime Toyota expecting to buy the 2016 Corolla I had leased for 2 years, plus two 6-month extensions, for about $170 a month. Howev I went in to Rt 2 Prime Toyota expecting to buy the 2016 Corolla I had leased for 2 years, plus two 6-month extensions, for about $170 a month. However I happened to mention that I really like the additional safety features of the newer models. Walter suggested I test drive a 2019 Corolla, and I did indeed like the new safety technology. However, I’m a senior on a fixed income and assumed I couldn’t afford a new car. After some discussion Walter and Hasham put together an offer that would cost me only $34 a month more—including a premium warranty extension—than the 2016 buyout. Furthermore, although it took some time for me to manage the lease turnover part I hadn’t expected or planned for, they honored the earlier purchase offer. I’m delighted, and feel very fortunate to have a newer, safer car when I hadn’t even considered the possibility. More
