Hi Tom Thank you for your response to my complaint. First of all a couple of corrections. The salesman name is Brian Terry and we purchased the car on 06/28/2014. Deal 173672 626370 is noted on the contract. We noticed this dent when we went outside to pick up the car after all the paper work was done and the car was cleaned and ready for us. The dent was not noticed before the paper workmentioned to the salesman,,,what is that and he said oh,,,I forgot to tell you about this, But we aren't going to put any more money into this car which we were not happy about., He then said you can have it fixed and it will take a few days, I don't want to pay for this repair. This car was not an "as is" car!! which if it was, I would not have bought it!! We called the dealership a few days later and left a message with a manager, When he called us back he said that the dealership would pay half and we could pay the other half,,,Again,,,,No, I do not want to pay for this repair and we will need a loaner car. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
