I had recently test-driven a 2012 Prius C at another dealership and was leaning in that direction. Todd and James got me into a newer Prius with no pressure at the exact leasing terms & price I asked for... I can't stress enough that I had my 5 year old AND 18 month old maniac sons in tow when I entered the dealership, Todd, James, and their team went above and beyond to keep my boys happy and occupied while we worked on the deal. At the end of the day Todd did more than just get me the right car for the right price, he exemplified top-notch customer service and took care to accommodate my loved ones in the process. Fantastic Sales Girl!! A friend and myself went car shopping together to various dealers to check out the new 2015 small SUV's. In each of the different vehicles we found things we liked and disliked. Our experience with talking with a customer service/sales person also varied. The one sales person we talked to that was FANTASTIC was at Toyota Milham . This person is Julie Marshall. She went above and beyond her call of duty!!! Not only was she patient (as 2 females bombarded her with tons of questions) and came back more then once to drive the Rav4, she was knowledgeable and honest. When she was unsure of something she would tell us and get the information for us. She was very personable and likeable. When I am really ready to purchase another vehicle, I wouldn't hesitate going to see Julie again and work with her.
