The service department has always had our vehicle ready on time and cleaned and washed. The one time we used the body shop, everyone was very helpful in a traumatic time for us. Parts has ordered the parts I wanted and made them available on the schedule they told me when I ordered them. I am 78 years old and have always hated to do business with new and used car dealers as I felt that they were only out to make as much as they could from me. From the first time I went to Knudtsen, I was made to feel welcome and that their objective was to make sure that I left happy.
