We have purchased 4 cars and trucks from Knudtsen over the past 6 years and have been extremely pleased with the treatment we have received from every employee. The service department has always had our vehicle ready on time and cleaned and washed. The one time we used the body shop, everyone was very helpful in a traumatic time for us. Parts has ordered the parts I wanted and made them available on the schedule they told me when I ordered them. I am 78 years old and have always hated to do business with new and used car dealers as I felt that they were only out to make as much as they could from me. From the first time I went to Knudtsen, I was made to feel welcome and that their objective was to make sure that I left happy.
