Made problem more complicated than it needed to be thus$$$$ Dropped truck off and discussed issues with Jason in service. Expressed my thoughts on oil pressure increase. Three days later no call and no ticket found when I called to check for pick up. Service dept was closed. Several calls and days later I was told that they continued to diagnose the problem because they weren't sure of cause of oil pressure increase. Bottom line, 8 days in their care, I picked up the truck and was told that the oil sensor had to be replaced....just as I has suggested on drop off day. The extended time, mounting excuses of no service and the expanding bill was entirely unnecessary. We will share our experience with others and look for a company who really "cares" about service in the future and when I decide to purchase a new vehicle. More

Absolute liars. I despise this dealership. Last year I purchased a car, checked the carfax, everything is clean, they said it was a fleet vehicle. About 1 month later I despise this dealership. Last year I purchased a car, checked the carfax, everything is clean, they said it was a fleet vehicle. About 1 month later, the bumper paint starts bubbling. Take it in, told it's been repainted (but that it was never in a "wreck"). They fix it (poorly). This year I trade it in for a different car. Find out it was a RENTAL and had been in a major wreck 8 MONTHS BEFORE I BOUGHT IT. So basically, they're a lying bunch and I would NEVER work with them again. EVER. More
