Liars and con artists Drove 5 hours to pick up a Fj cruiser that we made a deal on and was promised the a price . Made problem more complicated than it needed to be thus$$$$ Dropped truck off and discussed issues with Jason in service. Expressed my thoughts on oil pressure increase. Three days later no call and no ticket Dropped truck off and discussed issues with Jason in service. Expressed my thoughts on oil pressure increase. Three days later no call and no ticket found when I called to check for pick up. Service dept was closed. Several calls and days later I was told that they continued to diagnose the problem because they weren't sure of cause of oil pressure increase. Bottom line, 8 days in their care, I picked up the truck and was told that the oil sensor had to be replaced....just as I has suggested on drop off day. The extended time, mounting excuses of no service and the expanding bill was entirely unnecessary. We will share our experience with others and look for a company who really "cares" about service in the future and when I decide to purchase a new vehicle. More
