I had a great experience buying a Volvo xc60 from Kline Volvo. Christine Bakken and folks a Kline made the buying process painless. After spending a week traveling around the metro driving used cars that were not real great, I made an appointment Christine to test drive a Volvo at 10am Saturday and by 11:30 I was on the way home with the Volvo xc60. Kline found a great finance rate for me and the deal was done. The xc60 is flawless and I wish I would have gone to Kline first instead of wasting time. Great job Kline! More

Horrible Experience. John Rogers is likely the worst sales person I have ever worked with. From the entire experience I was treated like a number and not a person. The John Rogers is likely the worst sales person I have ever worked with. From the entire experience I was treated like a number and not a person. There were commitments made that were broken, wrong information given, attitude when I asked for information. When I picked up my vehicle it took over two hours because customers that walked in off the street were given priority --eve though I had an appointment. John also moved on to new customers before I even left the dealership i.e. once he got his commission he didn't care about me any more. It was clear he doesn't care about relationships. I would never use this dealership ever again. This was my first experience with a Volvo--and while I love the car--the experience from Kline was awful. I even took some time after obtaining my vehicle to write this review to allow my self to calm down--and even a month later the treatment that I received still leaves a bad taste in my mouth. More
