Wonderful Customer Care Scott Muellner has been my service manager for two Volvos spanning about 15 years and has always provided honest, straight forward advice. I recently developed some type of fluid leak in the car cabin and after discussing with Scott, indications seemed to lead to a heater core that needed replacing. A very costly repair for my 2006 XC70 with 175,000 miles. Scott scheduled my appointment, ordered in a replacement heater core and made arrangements for a loaner vehicle. About two hours after dropping my car off, Scott contacted me to inform that after inspection, it was not the heater core that was leaking, but rather a rubber housing that contained a lubricant that had become dislodged and leaked. Repairs were a fraction of the quote to replace the heater core. Scott's honesty and concern for his customers are some of the main reasons I continue to have my Volvos serviced at Kline. Thanks again Scott for your wonderful customer care. Greatly appreciated. More
