Excellent Service Appointment I was notified my car needed to have two recall items taken care of. I contacted Bo Dunaski, service advisor, and we discussed what was needed, how lo I was notified my car needed to have two recall items taken care of. I contacted Bo Dunaski, service advisor, and we discussed what was needed, how long it would take to complete, and if there were any safety issues that might require me to stop driving my car. He advised it was OK to drive the car and I should have them completed at my convenience. He would order the parts and when they arrived, we would schedule an appointment. Within a few days the parts arrived and I set up an appointment. He estimated it would take an hour and half. Upon arrival the car was taken to the service department and the parts were replaced as scheduled. I was in and out of the dealership with in an hour and a half. I really appreciate how professional and accurate Bo and the service technician completed the project on time. More

Thanks to Kline Volvo for its flexibility for repairs Recently I decided to have my wife's 2010 XC60 T6 AWD repaired at Kline Volvo based on repair recommendations from one of their best technicians - Sam Recently I decided to have my wife's 2010 XC60 T6 AWD repaired at Kline Volvo based on repair recommendations from one of their best technicians - Sam Petty. It is to replace drive belts and leaking steering pump. My Service Advisor Mike Hendrickson was really nice, decided to only charge labors for one of those repairs, and waived the another; and he also allowed me to use OEM part, which is a Bosch Steering pump I bought from an online store, in place of more expensive Volvo branded pump made by the same company Bosch as the replacement part. As a result, it helped saving about $675 for both parts and labor. I am very happy with the quality of the repair and repair cost at Kline volvo. More
