I live 1/2 hour (min) away; on arrival I was Had several issues with car that needed to be resolved. Scheduled visit to work with Service Advisor Bo. I live 1/2 hour (min) away; on arrival I was greeted by Bo who had paperwork ready, did a quick review of the car and my issues, and a loaner car fueled up, warmed up (temp 4*F) & ready for me. I verified my contact number, signed the work order, and got in my loaner vehicle and headed out. Total time: maybe 7-8 minutes max. THATS EXCELLENT SERVICE. Called to up date me and advise me of what was done & cost. I work with SA Bo every time! More
