I keep servicing my S60 exclusively at Kline Volvo. This is my second S60 I purchased at the dealership and I have always been satisfied with the purchasing process and the technical service! I bought a terrific pre-owned Volvo S90 sedan from John Rogers at Kline. John was a true professional and I enjoyed working with him. He answered all of my questions, looked hard for a car that fit my precise needs and kept in touch after the purchase. The S90 is a beautiful car and it drives well. So why the 4-star rating? Two things. First, between the time that I bought the car and took delivery, someone at Kline "bombed" it with a heavy chemical deodorizer that was super cloying and gave me a headache for the first two weeks I was driving the car. Why they thought they could change the vehicle I purchased without asking? I have no idea. But it was a big pain and a completely unforced error. Second, the driver's side seatbelt did not retract when I test drove the car and I asked John to have service look at it and fix it before delivery. Not only did they refuse, they told John - and he told me - there was nothing wrong with the seatbelt, which was simply not true. So I now have a seatbelt that doesn't retract and flops out of the door, hitting the side of my car, unless I take great care to fold it up when I stop. Two small things, but they're what kept me from having a 5-star experience. I would return to Kline. More

Mike Hendrickson is a true professional, that goes beyond the normal service of my XC60. He gave advise and help to a Seattle Volvo Dealer to install the Polestar up- grade in my son in-laws V90 Volvo after the normal service of my XC60. John Rogers did a fabulous job working with my wife and me to find a new Volvo XC40 for her. We have worked with John before when we lived in Minnesota. We now are in the Kansas City area, but it was worth me to find a new Volvo XC40 for her. We have worked with John before when we lived in Minnesota. We now are in the Kansas City area, but it was worth our while to drive seven hours to work with John and Kline. We found the right car and, of course, the right people. We trust Volvo, Kline and John for our family transportation needs. More
