I bought a terrific pre-owned Volvo S90 sedan from John Rogers at Kline. John was a true professional and I enjoyed working with him. He answered all of my questions, looked hard for a car that fit my precise needs and kept in touch after the purchase. The S90 is a beautiful car and it drives well. So why the 4-star rating? Two things. First, between the time that I bought the car and took delivery, someone at Kline "bombed" it with a heavy chemical deodorizer that was super cloying and gave me a headache for the first two weeks I was driving the car. Why they thought they could change the vehicle I purchased without asking? I have no idea. But it was a big pain and a completely unforced error. Second, the driver's side seatbelt did not retract when I test drove the car and I asked John to have service look at it and fix it before delivery. Not only did they refuse, they told John - and he told me - there was nothing wrong with the seatbelt, which was simply not true. So I now have a seatbelt that doesn't retract and flops out of the door, hitting the side of my car, unless I take great care to fold it up when I stop. Two small things, but they're what kept me from having a 5-star experience. I would return to Kline. More
