Excellent Service Experience I scheduled a regular oil and filter change service this past Friday. Scheduling online was fast and easy and when I arrived, Bo Dunaski, the service I scheduled a regular oil and filter change service this past Friday. Scheduling online was fast and easy and when I arrived, Bo Dunaski, the service advisor, checked the car in quickly and confirmed the service dept was on schedule and my car would be taken there promptly. The service was finished and the car returned to me with a fresh wash and dry. Bo, explained they did a multi-point check, topped off the fluids, and checked the tire pressures. No additional issues were found. I really appreciate how the service department, Including Ted Cahil, service manager, and Bo Dunaski run an efficient and well-organized team. More

I brought my XC90 T8 in for Hybrid issue and Bo Dunask and his XC90 T8 team not only fixed it but also found out that the electric heater was not working and they fixed that too. The Hybrid battery fix and his XC90 T8 team not only fixed it but also found out that the electric heater was not working and they fixed that too. The Hybrid battery fix required factory assistance and I was kept informed about the process yer rnyotr time. Bo deserves 10 stars not 5 for his commitment to Kline Volvo. More
My new XC90 had a small issue connecting to Volvo On Call. Bo Dunaski made the experience painless. Volvo dropped a loaner off at my house and had my new car back in my driveway within 48 hours.
