Excellent Service Experience. Last week I had Kline Volvo complete my V90's 40K service. From setting up the appointment time to driving out of the dealer, everything was on time a Last week I had Kline Volvo complete my V90's 40K service. From setting up the appointment time to driving out of the dealer, everything was on time and done efficiently. Bo Dunaski, the service advisior, greeted me upon arrival, checked the car in, explained what would be done, answered my questions, and provided me with an estimated compleation time. The car was taken to the service area promptly. I went to the customer waiting area, which provided ample space for seating and social spacing. It was very clean and about every fifteen minutes an employee disinfected any empty chairs or counters. Mr. Dunaski kept me advised of the service status and when the car was brought to the pick up area it had been hand washed and was ready to go. He reviewed the work that was completed and pointed out the service items that would be upcomming on the next service. I really appreciated the dealer's awareness of having the car completed on time and providing a clean enviroment for the waiting customers. More
