From scheduling appointments to check in to check out, I have always had a positive experience. The extra steps they go through for COVID-19 is appreciated. I usually wait with while the service is being completed as the dealer has great workstations where I can get my work done. For me it comes down to trust and I completely trust Scott, he is knowledgeable and treats me with respect. More

We bought a new Volvo and was very pleased with the service. It was a V 60 cross country. Less than a month later I was broadsided and the car was totaled. We picked a another V 60 cross country this time White.The dealership work to replace the car at the same price and that was very much appreciated. Johnny Rogers is an excellent service rep and the delivery at our house instead of picking up at the dealership for us was perfect. I can’t say enough about the service and the attention to detail.
