Great experience buying our XC90 from Kline Volvo. Customer service was excellent and our sales person brought several cars out for us to take a look at. Before signing the purchase agreement amazing. Once signed and they had my $3000 deposit all of a sudden they aren't getting that car for possibly weeks to months. The offered solution is sell me a car signed and they had my $3000 deposit all of a sudden they aren't getting that car for possibly weeks to months. The offered solution is sell me a car with less seats, no running boards, no park assist, no cargo bag, and different wheels. I asked them to at least change out the wheels and add running boards to the car they offered me. They initially agreed, but then when they sent over the paperwork they sneakily tried to increase the price of the car to cover the “running boards that were supposed to be just added for the mess up!” Fought back and forth all day. New car manager Melissa left a message saying I should just be happy bc the other car has other features, and yes they upped the MRSP price. Do you ever get returning customers ?? An honest dealership that cares about customers and customer satisfaction (which is what makes returning customers and good word of mouth brings in others) would realize they are the ones that made the mistake with first car so add the xxxx wheels and running boards at no charge (I’m still minus a seat and park assist) - instead they added $3000 to the car and try to just sneak it on the agreement. Oh and they don’t actually have this car at the lot either so who knows if I will actually get a car. Almost laughable. I work in healthcare and it’s a good thing this isn’t how we take care of people. After reading these other reviews and BBB complaints it seems this is their style. Won’t be back and won’t recommend to others. Never met the Klines that run this family business, but guessing they wouldn't be happy about how customers are treated after paperwork is signed. 9/8/21 they called today and second car not coming for a while either but they want me to stop driving my trade in so no additional miles are placed. More

I was for the most part very satisfied with my experience at Kline. As a female I was treated with respect and I especially enjoyed being able to test drive the vehicle alone. The reason I did not give a 5 star rating is because there were a few hiccups with the delivery of my vehicle. The salesman some how forgot to get me on the schedule, so I waited and waited… and then when it did show up (after making a few calls) it did not have the weather mats I had ordered. The salesman quickly remedied the situation, but altogether was frustrating. I would still however go back to the dealership in the future. More
